Michael Feltman is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan where he received his Juris Doctor (Law Degree) in 2005. He graduated from Tabor College in Hillsboro, Kansas with a concentration in Political Science in 2001.
While a law student Mr. Feltman was the recipient of several academic awards, including the Best Brief Award in defending the right to display the 10 Commandments on government property.
Mr. Feltman is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He is also a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Federal Western District Court of Oklahoma.
Mr. Feltman has had quick success in his practice of law. His first cilvil law suit filed involving the Federal Carmack Amendment settled for over $25,000. Involving immigration matters Mr. Feltman's first consulate waiver package was approved as was his first trial in Immigration Court in which his client sought Cancellation of Removal as a non-legal permanent resident. Because only 4,000 cases are grantable each year for Cancellation of Removal - this win proved a significant victory. Mr. Feltman subsequently received a victory for another client in a different Cancellation of Removal case for a legal permanent resident.
Michael Feltman desires to not only help his clients with their tempoary legal matters but also with their eternal matters. The practice of immigration law primarily involves moving to another country - or the permission to remain in the country. Mr. Feltman desires that his clients acheive those residence goals to the United States of America, but ultimately desires that his clients understand the ultimate place of residence they should focus on is to reach heaven through acceptance of Jesus Christ as his or her personal saviour.
If you need legal help, prayer, or other assistance Feltman Law Firm wants to know. In the future Michael Feltman desires and expects to assist those that have been displaced of housing, need food or clothing, seek shelter from abusive situations, desire mentorship, to help those with educational desires, and to ultimately culture spiritual growth through deepening a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
We at Feltman Law Firm look forward to speaking with you in the future.
